Despite Icarus claiming to have deleted the data, another unidentified group is now demanding ransom from Klue's customers, stating that they possess the stolen information. Klue recommends that affected customers should not comply with this second group's demands. The security breach occurred by exploiting a third-party credential from 2022 to gain access to client data.
